3.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum amount per deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed quickly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; the account name and the payment account name must match.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. Withdrawals of deposited funds may also be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bets to meet bonus conditions must be placed on the designated games or sections.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through dishonest means will result in the entire account being closed.
4.4 Other Promotions
